First coupon blog!

OK.. decided to try a blog.  We shall see how it goes!

Want to have a place-- apart from my facebook wall--- that gives me the chance to give and receive coupons, great deals, and don't miss em kind of moments at the store.  It's been hectic trying to keep track of it all.

So-- now to explain the new coupon binder.  I started with accordian files.  Two small ones.  One for manufacturers coupons, and one for store coupons.

That was sooo hard to keep organized at the store, that it took too much time for me, and I was completely frustrated.

REALLY hate having to fold printed coupons, and place them into the little baseball cards slots.  So.. a binder just didn't seem reasonable to me.

However, in my banking career, I've had some great dividers that were pockets on each side of the divider.

Off to Staples we went.  I bought six packages of pocket dividers, and my binder.   Total cost was $28. 94

I have in this order:
1.  Empty front pocket.  This one is the one that has the coupons in it when I have my grocery list ready, and we are headed to the store.  These coupons are the WILL USE TODAY pocket.

2.  Four or five pockets for individual store fliers, double coupons, and the list of items I am purchasing at that store.  I also keep my receipts from this store so that if I try something new, and it's awful I can return easily with my receipt and the packaging.

3.  The pocket list.
